Fiammetta Dementi

Founding Partner / Architect

Twenty-five years of experience in historic preservation, based in Milan. A registered and licensed architect, Fiammetta brings a European sensibility to every restoration — trained in a culture where craftsmanship and provenance are treated as inseparable from design. Her work spans private residences and landmark restorations across Switzerland, Europe, India, and the Hamptons, each approached with the same conviction: that a building's history is its greatest asset.

Mikael Peppas

Founding Partner Arch. Designer / Historic Preservation Expert

Studied historic building preservation in Athens, Greece, with a specialization in arts and antiques, and holds a second diploma in architecture. Fifteen years of experience, with projects including public buildings near the Acropolis in Athens, Victorian townhouses on Ifield Road in Chelsea, London, and a century-old mansion at 710 Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills 90210, among others. Award-winning work recognized in New York and Philadelphia.

Team spirit

In Greece, we studied the restoration of structures whose stories span centuries. In Italy and Milan, where we keep our offices, we still practice what we learned there — that every intervention must respect what came before it. In London, preservation was never an obstacle to progress; it was essential to it, down to the last window, molding, and proportion. And in Beverly Hills, where we opened our doors, we found that the architecture giving this city its legendary character must be preserved — and brought back to its former glory.
